Pisces Full Moon – 3° Pisces/Virgo
There is enormous favorable energy in this month’s full Moon! She is exact Sunday morning at 4:56am PST. The unique placement of our solar system’s planets create a ‘detour’ dynamic where the Moon is able to speak to the Sun, despite the opposition!
We feel inclined, and even comfortable, to embody the parts of ourselves that are different and unique. The parts of ourselves we may be ashamed of because they do not meet the status quo. They may seem “out there”. It’s as if a cosmic spell is cast that opens our eyes and shines a light on these “shadow” areas, and makes them real, and even better, really loved.
There is ease in the re-structuring of our thought patterns, because where there is structure – we can express. Suddenly, we understand and accept that there is beauty and balance in our oddities. It’s not always about following, or fitting a mold. We understand that it’s OK to be different, to not need approval to be our most hidden selves.
The Weirder the Better
Allowing and accepting these differences, is most often where we find our strengths, and catalysts for growth. In other words, the weirder the better with a tension between our will to fight and our desire to be different. With any full Moon, there is a desire to deal with major issues in our lives. Pisces themes are 12th house related, dissolving reality. Virgo themes are 6th house related, creating reality. Where in our lives are we feeling a break down between the ego – whats “real” vs. what’s not so real? What is esoteric, what is magic, and the spirit realm? The axis is “Undoing (12th house)” ~ Moon, opposed “Doing (6th house)” ~ Sun.
Mercury is finally moving onward, and while we’re still tracing over previously trodden ground, we’ve been here before and we possess wisdom to interact with the world on a commercial and communicative level. His Sextile to Venus, is fortuitous. There is potential for loving conversation and company, and that will bolster desires to “come out” with our work we’re doing for this full moon cycle.
